For pieces that are not adjustable, we may be able to custom make your order to a specific length. If you would like an item adjusted after purchase, we will check whether this is possible and provide a quote for any alteration work.
Simple chain shortening may be available free of charge where possible.

Jewellery Materials and Care
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfumes and lotions. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth and store in a dry place, ideally in its pouch or box. See our full care instructions in the Care Instructions section.

Delivery and Returns

Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Personalised or custom-made items are created especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

We offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults, including:

- Clasp or fastening faults
- Structural defects
Your item will be assessed under our Warranty & Repairs policy.
Depending on the issue, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
We offer lifetime care and repair support, including re-plating and general repairs.
Some services may carry a small fee depending on the work required.
Our warranty does not cover:
- General wear over time
- Scratches or surface marks
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Loss or theft
Personalisation
We may not be able to make changes once production has begun, as personalised items are made especially for you.
