These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or place an order with Little Hearts Jewellery. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

About Us

Little Hearts Jewellery creates elegant everyday jewellery with playful details, designed to feel joyful, personal and effortlessly special.

Product Information

We do our best to describe and photograph every piece as accurately as possible. However, colours, finishes and proportions may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

All product details, including materials, dimensions, finishes and stone information, are provided on each product page where applicable.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions and product availability at any time. Once your order has been accepted, the price you paid will not change.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with stock, pricing, payment, fraud checks or incorrect product information. If this happens, we will contact you and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, launches, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and returned with their original packaging.

Personalised, engraved or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Warranty & Repairs

Little Hearts Jewellery offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults and workmanship issues. We also offer lifetime care and repair support where possible. Some repair services may carry a small fee depending on the work required.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, tarnishing or changes to finish caused by wear, moisture, chemicals or misuse.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, offers and discount codes may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders and may not be used with other offers unless stated.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, graphics, logos, product names and designs, belongs to Little Hearts Jewellery or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or that result from misuse of our products, incorrect care or use outside normal personal wear.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
